"I have received many notifications that my Drive Safe was not monitoring. I had called technical support several times with no call back ever returned or resolution. Gina helped me today by walking me through logging in and setting up my Username and password to soand helping me navigate through my phone to get the problem resolved. She was so kind and patient with me, an 82 year old woman who is not tech savvy get the Drive Safe up and running. That girl Deserves recognition for her professionalism and her kindness to me. I had tried so many times to contact technical support With never receiving a return call or resolution . Today I called the number I had received from an agent and Gina answered the call.
